SFMM served as the General Designer licensed in Russia, providing a comprehensive range of services for the refurbishment works and the construction of the new terminal building. Throughout the project, SFMM coordinated extensively with external stakeholders, including governmental bodies, municipal authorities, investors, and third-party construction supervisors.

The involvement of SFMM spanned the entire project lifecycle, from the initial commencement of work to the successful handover of all facilities.
