SFMM is involved as the design subcontractor for the main contractor, responsible for delivering the architectural design built scope. The SFMM team is primarily responsible for design coordination through BIM models, working alongside all disciplines to integrate existing structures, repair works, and new additions to the stadium. SFMM delivers architectural setting-out plans, supports the production of permit sets, and is also responsible for producing shop drawings of architectural packages from fully coordinated LOD 400 models.
